My sleep patterns are those passed down from my mother. I laugh at that now as I once said, "I'll never say that" or "I won't behave like that." Eat my words today. I end up saying things she said, and at times I catch myself behaving similar depending on the issue. The thing I do have in common with her are my sleep patterns and that behavior. I can function on little sleep (good or bad) but that's the story and I guess "it's good to know" I come by it honestly. Genes can't lie! LOL! Thanks Jan!

Oh yes, our parents have such a big influence on who we are ā€” good or bad. šŸ˜‚ I use to be so disappointed when they were catnapping. Thought they were so boring. Ha! Have a great day, Anne! ā¤ļø

I usually don't nap, but the older I get....it is happening! I have always been a good sleeper, always been one to hit the sack early too. Never am I able to stay up late and through the night. You tickle me with your stories, they always bring a chuckle. Thank you Jan!

I fall asleep right away... staying asleep is an entirely different matter. I suspect my sleep issues come from working shift work most of my life. Nice read.
