Yikes is right!!! I made sure I sat on the side of the bus next to the mountain side When we pulled over to tour the lemoncello factory, I almost fainted. It IS amazing though.
Jan, I almost felt like I got to go with you! Itsly has tge best Limoncello in the world. In Serrento I held s lemon thst was as big as a cantaloupe! I made Limoncello for my guests at a birthday party. It was easy with tge recipe I used: https://pin.it/4M4WCNT
Debbie ~ I'm not much of a drinker, but I enjoyed my quick taste. My friends have made it since we got back home. I bet it would look great on one of your beautiful tables.
Great pics Jan. Great minds think alike. Your Itinary in the South is almost identical to mine (still to come). I've added a trip to Bari on the East Coast.
Juliann ~ make sure you take the boat ride around Capri. It was amazing seeing the Blue Grotto, etc. ( I didn't post a pic because I used one in an earlier blog about my float tank experience. ha! ) I guess you can take a small rowboat & go through the grotto -- but you have to lie flat. Good thing we didn't have the time. I could never have done that. Ha Ha! Coming down the hill on an incline was claustrophobic enough. You have to line up (or squeeze in) in a tunnel-like area & then jump in a moving car when the door opens. But it was worth it! You will love southern Italy. Can't wait to hear about your experience! xoxo
