Good morning Jan. I’m at my parents house in Kentucky I love it here. I’m thankful for another day with air in my lungs and my morning walk. I walked 4 miles this morning. It felt real good to listen to the birds and the different kids of bugs. Never would of thought I did say listening to bugs. Though as I walked I talked to God we had a good conversation.
Hi Shari ~ I've always loved walks on the beach (which only happen several weeks a year), but I'm also starting to enjoy walking in the wooded areas/parks around my home. I don't know why I haven't walked there before. You can definitely FEEL God there. Have a great day!
Thanks for writing this, the right words at the right time. I happened to be feeding baby Morgan for the millionth time today after a rough week of her being fussy. Grateful that she is better now that she’s on heartburn meds and not crying all the time. It’s hard to feel grateful when you’re in the storm, but everything becomes clearer in the eye of the storm.
Dear Megan ~ I am appreciate you reading my blog & I'm so thankful this one brought you some comfort during the night. I was hesitate about posting it when I did, but now I know why I kept feeling like I should. Keep counting those little blessing around you. Love to Baby Morgan & her momma as she's getting use to this world... xoxo
Great read, Jan! I loved reading your grateful list 😊
Today, I’m grateful that the doctors and nurses are able to keep my mother comfortable and if all goes well, she will have hip surgery tomorrow. She lives with me and fell yesterday, fracturing her right hip~her “good” one,if you will. My grateful list is a bit longer but am focusing on her right now. Thank-you for sharing!
There are so many things to be thankful for. When a negative thought comes to mind , I just think of one thing to be thankful. There are so many things in this world to be thankful for. Don't have to look for them either. Thank you for sharing.
Yes, there are. But, sometimes people get flooded with negative thoughts & can't see the wonderful things around them. Your technique of thinking of one thing to be thankful for every time a negative comes to mind is a wonderful idea!!! Have a great day, Susie!
Loving the old pictures you share on FB. I tried to play badminton last summer. I couldn't run fast enough to get to the birdie. What a bummer! I guess I'll just have to dream about it. Ha!
Glad to hear you had fun at the Tom Jones concert. I went to see Tony Orland & Dawn once & he was wearing suspenders & reader glasses. He just didn't have the same effect on me. Ha! Have a great day, Lynn!
I love this message! I am sure I have to thank God, but the list is too long, I think the last thing to thank was today in the afternoon, when I went to contemplate the sea and I felt grateful with Him. 😍
Me too, Susan! It's a beautiful morning! Where are you in this world? I'm going golfing with friends soon here in Ohio. Hope you have a great day! xoxo

Love this! Today I'm thankful for sunny skies and packing up to go on a week-long camping trip with my hubby. And coffee. 😊
Oh, have a wonderful time on that camping trip. Sounds like fun! Hope you have great weather...

You made me smile this morning. Thanks for the shoutout. xoxo
Ephesians 5:18-20
Sing and make music from your heart to the Lord, always giving thanks to God the Father for everything, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.

When I was young, I dreamed that I could fly. Now I'm older, I dream that I can still run...I guess I'm grateful to still be dreaming.

I’m thankful for being fit and healthy……..when you’ve got that you can face and deal with almost anything.

What a positive post! I love the line “Think how God feels!” I'll remember that one!
Today I am grateful for air conditioning. It's been a really hot summer and I don't do heat very well.
